1437 Solutions (“we”, “us”) is a software development and technology consulting company based in Harare, Zimbabwe. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website. We are committed to handling personal information in line with Zimbabwe’s Cyber and Data Protection Act [Chapter 12:07].

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

• your name, email address, and optionally your company name and phone number;
• the service you are interested in and, optionally, your budget range;
• the project description you provide.

Our hosting provider may also record standard technical information, such as IP addresses and browser details, in server logs used to keep the website secure and working. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use the information you provide only to:

• respond to your enquiry and discuss your project;
• prepare proposals or quotations you have asked for;
• keep a record of our correspondence with you.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing without your permission.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to operate this website and deliver enquiries to our inbox, including our website hosting provider and our email delivery provider. These providers process information on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Zimbabwe. We only use providers that apply appropriate safeguards to protect personal information. We may also disclose information where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, or as required by law. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.

Your rights

You may ask us to:

• confirm whether we hold personal information about you and provide a copy;
• correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your information, where we are not required to keep it;
• stop using your information for a particular purpose.
